Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Orders will be reviewed and confirmation sent to you before the order is processed. Please document in the special instructions if you require a call from us or any other additional information. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your files or if we have additional questions.

PAYMENT:
Full payment must be received before the products will be shipped or terms have been established. Payment can be made with company checks, Visa, or MasterCard.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:
Customers receiving net terms will be subject to additional charges on outstanding balances.

TURNAROUND TIMES:
Due to the possibility of file problems and technical errors, time sensitive jobs should be planned in advance. Turnaround times reflect an average completion time depending on the product(s). These times are not guaranteed. Turnaround times are based on working business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 working days after the delivery of the product.
In the event of a reprint, all of the original order must be returned.
B2, Inc. liability shall be limited to the invoiced amount of any defective goods.  We will not be liable for any consequential damages such as profit loss etc.
Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please read all information on our website before submitting your order.
Quantities on all orders are subject to a variation of +/- 10%.
Cancellation of an order after acknowledgment will result in charges for any set up or prepress costs incurred before cancellation.

SHIPPING:
Prices do not include shipping (unless otherwise specified). Any shipping instructions or changes my result in extended turnaround times. B2, Inc is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier (ie: UPS or Fed Ex). Any third party shipping account that is not paid directly or any shipping account number provided that is invalid will result in a charge to the credit card on file or account for the full amount of the shipping cost but the customer will be notified prior to this transaction.  B2, Inc reserves the right to refuse the use of any third party shipping account at any time for any reason including, but not limited to a high dollar shipping amount.
